Using Training manager we were able to streamline our training process. A lot of the training activities are automated which reduces our workload. Realtime monitoring of training completion has helped us ensure timely training completion and compliance. Getting any training data, training matrix is very easy now, it has considerable reduce our training workload. After training manager, our training process as almost become paperless!!
