Duties & Responsibilities
Materials management
• Should have worked in SAP S/4 Hana implementation/support project
• Well versed with various p2p and IM processes in MM module
• Experience in WH management will be added advantage.
• Manage day to day transaction queries and trouble shooting.
• Working on various processes of MM module like, subcontracting, STO, contract management, scheduling agreement etc.
• Define various controls of Material Master, vendor master/Business Partner
• Define enterprise structure and its org units of MM Module
• Configuration of material types and its controls.
• Configuration of purchasing document types
• Configuration and set up of new Plant and its integrations
• Definition of release procedure in purchasing documents and its controls/authorization data.
• Split valuation, Valuation types and automatic account determination
• Data migration tools like BDC, LSMW/LTMC
• Customized number range maintenance of Purchasing Documents
• Integration of MM module with other modules like FI, SD, PP etc.
• Batch management at material level.
• Configuration condition types, access sequence and pricing procedure.
• Creation of functional specification for Z reports, enhancements, smart forms (Existing and new)
• Interaction with business users for their queries, trouble shooting and collecting new/change requirements.
• Coordination with ABAP/BASIS team regarding the new developments and authorization changes.
Sales and Distribution.
• Should be well versed with SD process of entire O2C Cycle
• Day to day transactional queries of SD module and it's trouble shooting.
• Configuration of Enterprise structure, Sales order, Delivery Billing, Pricing etc.
• Defining and assigning Org. Units like Sales Organization, Dist. Channel, Division, Sales Group, Sales office etc.
• Configuration controls of Customer, BP, Material Master etc.
• Configuration of order to cash cycle.
• Configuration of pricing (Condition Types, Access sequence, account key, pricing procedure determination, account determination etc)
• Maintenance of condition records for pricing and Taxes.
• Define controls of various shipping and billing functions.
• Configuration various sub processes like Sale Return, Debit/Credit Memo, Cancellation process., Subsequent Delivery etc.
• Working on eInvoice process with IRN and EWB generation.
• Uploading master data through tools like BDC, LSMW, LTMC etc.
• Configuration of Output GST, withholding tax etc.
• Maintenance of ZEXIM submodule for Export Sales and trouble shooting.
• Creation of functional specification for Z reports, enhancements, smart forms (Existing and new)
• Interaction with business users for their queries, trouble shooting and collecting new/change requirements.
• Coordination with ABAP/BASIS team regarding the new developments and authorization changes.
