Job Role & Summary
Responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business. They’re
frequently asked to analyze the impacts of change, document and support communication
between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a
change.

Responsibilities
● Implementation of Application & Documentation (FRS, Mock Up Creation)
● Lead and manage the implementation of software for maintaining communication
throughout the course of the project to meet customer expectations.
● Lead of team of business analyst and ensure that projects are delivered on time Plan, lead, organize and control multiple project initiatives in accordance with
approved scope and schedule.
● Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain
feedback and approval Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that
need to be completed for the timely completion of projects.
● Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
● Translate business requirements into a robust, scalable design and drive proper change
control through the life cycle of the project.
● Serve as first line decision maker for the business requirement given by the client
including developing ramp up plans and schedules that meet customer requirements
while also identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
● Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional implementation and support teams
to the customers on deploying the productions within their environment.
● Ensure proper testing is done for the products.
● Ensure smooth transition to operations post go-live.
● Manage the roadmap for the products.
● Create detailed business requirement documentation for products.
● Collaborate with customers and development and infrastructure to ensure all processes
are adhered to throughout the implementation process.
● Work closely with the development team to identify potential issues and risks.
● Create documentation that enables the transition from implementation to post
implementation support.
● Should have worked on Enterprise application implementation for Enterprise.
● Should be able to handle end to end projects individually.
● Should know the best practices for implementation.
● Should have application demonstration skills and good Communication.
● Knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology (Added Advantage)
● Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
● Results oriented – Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational
performance.
● Need to be from an IT background.

Other Roles
● Application support – Understand the application functions and user issues and provide
L1/L2 level of support.
● Problem Solving skill- Should have an analyst mind, can understand issues and can
provide the resolutions.

● SLA Driven approach and Follows defined procedures for incident resolution and
incident tracking / follow-up.
● Coordination with User/Client and technical team.
● Requirement gathering and preparation of required document (FRS/URS/DFD/mockups
etc)
● Able to give training to users.
● Prepare MIS report and monthly application usage etc.
● Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings/PPT and MoM and being able
to present.
● Support to implement/config the application.
● Undertaking project tasks as required.

Education & Other Qualifications Required *
● Master degree
● Experience in a relevant IT field
● Good knowledge of FRS, URS,DFD other documentation
● Experience in client coordination
