eProcurement Portal Basics: Logging In

The eProcurement solution offers two login sections. One for you & your company and the other is for your vendors.

Logging into the Company Portal

You will be provided with a company code for your organization. If you have not been provided with a code, please contact us.

The login URL for you will be https://<yourcompanycode>.discus.solutions/procurement. You will see a page similar to the below image.

Logging into the Vendor Portal

Vendors that are registered with the eProcurement Portal will be able to log in using the Vendor Portal. Vendors that have registered with your Company will be able to login using the URL: <yourcompanycode>.discus.solutions/vendor. Vendors will need to enter their user name & password in the below login page.

If you are unable to log in, please reset your password and try again.

Resetting your password

You can reset your password from the login screen. Click on “Forgot password?” on the login page. One of the below screens will be displayed.

Type the eMail address that you use to log into the portal. Click on the checkbox for the Captcha. The checkbox may turn into a green tick immediately, or ask you to answer some questions.

What is a Captcha and why do we use one?

A captcha protects the site from attackers & hackers, so your login information remains safe. You can find more information about the captcha here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAPTCHA. Alternatively, you may also perform a search using your favourite search engine.
